General

- I reserve the right to refuse any request for any reason.

- My turaround time will vary on the type and complexity of the commission, please check out the commissions section of my ko-fi page for more specific times.

- I will offer updates on your order when I start working on it, once I have done the initial sketch and once the piece is finished.

- I do not take "rush orders" (a.k.a orders with a very short deadline). I will ultimately determine whether an order has reasonable deadline or not and decide to take or reject it accordingly.

- I retain the right to use commissioned artwork however I see fit, including but not limited to: art prints, merchandise, etc.

- You may only use commissioned art for personal, non-commercial use.

- I will send a sketch for you to review and request any minor changes to, then send the finished piece if I've received full payment.

- I work from Monday to Friday, so try to only contact me within that timeframe.

- You may NOT use my art for any NFT, AI or blockchain-related purposes, including but not limited to: training an AI model with my art, minting my art as an NFT, etc.

Style and Revisions

- I will not draw in an art style other than my own.

- I will not draw NSFW, Gore, Mecha, Furry, Political art, among others. If you're unsure whether your request falls into any of these or would be otherwise objectionable, please ask.

- I will pick all colors myself unless provided with a specific color palette.

- As is the nature of pixel art, some designs will be inevitably simplified to fit the medium.

- If you want to change some details about your request, you can do so before I've started working on it. Keep in mind that after I've begun working on it only minor changes will be possible.

Payment

- I will not start working on the piece until I receive either half of the total price or I'm payed upfront.

- The final product will only be delivered once I have received payment in full.

- I accept payment in USD only.

- I receive payment only through Ko-Fi or Paypal.

- No refunds will be offered. The only exception to this would be if I become unable to fulfill your request, In which case a partial refund will be offered if I already started working on your request, or a full one if I haven't.
